The people are charming, honest, and easy to work with, but they did not complete our loan application on time, they could not answer some basic fee expenses questions, and they mixed up some of our basic financial facts. Basically, they were adequate but not above average.
Janeanne and her team were amazing. Friendly, helpful, communicative, and really know their stuff! Buying a home is a stressful and long process and they were great! Constantly checking in with me and making sure I understood all of the documents I was signing. I would highly recommend Veteran's for anyone looking to purchase a home!

From the first phone call to my loan officer to the closing on our home, everything just fell into place because of not just the expertise of my loan officer Fahad Abdul, but his friendly and cordial manner and interest in me as a person made the whole experience a very good one.
