She was respectful and seemed to truly honestly care about my well being. She was always available, prompt and I could feel her smile through the phone conversations and text. We are happy to finally be closed on our loan and to have a lower interest rate. However, the process was rough and very frustrating. Due to not being informed at the beginning of the process that we needed a certain document, it took way longer than it should have, If we had been told of the need for this form, we could have started working on locating it when everything got started and not two days before we were supposed to close the first time. Instead, it took months to locate this form and get it corrected to where we had to pay for inspections AGAIN! VU made it right in the end, but we let them know how angry we were.
