Outstanding service and an outstanding team of professionals. The only criticism I have is it seemed like I was always filling out more forms. But, that may have been my expectations. This is the reason why I gave a "9" rather than a "10".
All the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that the appraisal took longer than it should have, but I know this is based on the type of loan I took out and the appraiser associated with that loan.
