Danielle Genz was great to work with through out this process. She was very helpful and patient with questions. She worked diligently to make some changes to our loan a little late in the game. Her mark is easily a 10 and I would recommend her to others. Luckily we found that she serviced the area, and was able to switch to her.The general experience prior to her and when I applied roughly 5 years ago was borderline harassing behaviors. I will return calls on my own time. Leaving a voice mail suffices, over calling numerous times, texting, and emailing (spamming across all methods). I understand it’s a business but it is excessive. This actually drove me away from VU the first time I applied years ago. Danielle made this process very smooth and much more enjoyable.

The experience was outstanding. Everyone on the team worked fast, and had very good communication. I’ve worked with veterans United in the past and made the poor decision to move away from veterans United. I was fortunate enough to be able to work my way back and will be staying with veterans United through the duration of my contract. Working with Danielle made it easy, comfortable, and fun. Danielle constantly kept me in the loop, gave me the best options, and helped me when I was confused.

We had a wonderful experience working with Danielle throughout our home buying process. We were purchasing a home in one state while selling a home in another, so there were a lot of moving parts and complexities involved. Danielle was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive through every step of the process.We especially appreciated her willingness to take calls after hours and on weekends to answer questions and help keep everything moving smoothly. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and organized, and we always felt like we were in good hands.We’re truly grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring loan officer.
