My wife and I are extremely satisfied and grateful to every Veterans United team member. They have made our dream of becoming homeowners true in the most pleasant way possible. Every team member carried out their duties with the utmost professionalism and also made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Regarding the home buying process, it was very interactive and easy to accomplish my tasks online. There was not a section to comment on Tiffany's performance so I will place it here. Tiffany did an excellent job since the first day she contacted me. Very friendly and professional team member with a go get em attitude. Tiffany quarterbacked the whole process flawlessly and the end goal was a total success. We really enjoyed the call she made us end of her day telling us we were clear to close, what an excitement. God bless Tiffany for all her hard work.
Matt and the team overall were beyond knowledgeable in terms of helping me decide If refinancing was the best option for me during this time. I was able to save a significant amount of money thanks to the team. I literally refer to them as the Dream Team.. would highly recommend anyone who is a veteran go through Matt, though I know that everyone isn’t as lucky I sure am blessed to have been one of many who can have such a smooth process.

His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.

Bobby helped us purchase our townhome. Everything went very smoothly. He then helped us refinance 8 months later for a lower interest rate which saved us almost $200 a month.
The whole Veterans United team that I was assigned to consisted of my loan officer Wesley Earl, my loan specialist Wade Howser, and my loan coordinator Rachel Lenz. The team was amazing at every step. My journey started with Wade who has worked with me checking up on me for almost a year until I was able to get a property under contract. Once that took off, Wesley took rein and progressed me forward along with Rachel making sure the title company, the insurance company, and any other issue was taken care of right up to and even after closing. The great thing is, they informed me that I can contact them anytime for assistance even afterwards. Truly an amazing experience for me.
