Deal with a local person, online account reps do not seem to have the same motivation for good customer service.
Good, sincere organizations are hard to find in todays world. These guys are it. I am an office manager and I have assembled an all star team. These guys rival it. I am very critical of other customer service organizations but I have nothing but positive things to say about Kim and her team.
The entire staff was very friendly and understanding. We had a slight issue with probate that they felt just as bad as I did but guided me through to a solution.

Outstanding service and an outstanding team of professionals. The only criticism I have is it seemed like I was always filling out more forms. But, that may have been my expectations. This is the reason why I gave a "9" rather than a "10".
